How did you meet?
We met through a friend at a concert at Antone’s (local Austin, TX venue).
First or favorite date?
Any live music!
How did he propose?
Our dog was dressed in a tuxedo, rose petals leading up the stairs and there he was all dressed up with flowers and a ring!
Most difficult part of wedding planning process?
Registering!
How did you decide on a wedding venue?
Our venue, Mercury Hall, is down the street from our house. A sweet white venue with stained glass that was a church in the 1900’s in Mercury, TX and transferred to Austin in the 70’s.
What’s your favorite memory from your wedding day?
Our ceremony. We wrote our own vows, which I was originally hesitant about, but I’m so glad we did and get to cherish those promises forever.
